DESCRIPTION:The Sanno Festival is held at Hie Shrine in Chiyoda, Tokyo. Its official name is the “Hie Shrine Grand Festival.” Along with the Kanda Festival, it is considered one of the Tenka Festivals, and together with the Fukagawa Festival, it is counted among the Three Great Festivals of Edo.
