The Katsuyama Sagicho 2026
The Katsuyama Sagicho is a traditional festival held annually on the last Saturday and Sunday of February in Katsuyama City, Fukui Prefecture. It is one of the prefecture’s most representative events and was designated as an Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Fukui Prefecture in 2008. The festival is affectionately known by a local nickname among residents.
