This is the biggest cosplay only event in Japan held in Nagoya once a year. This year, 2025 will be held at August 1st ~ 3rd 2025. Many Cosplayer gathers from all over the world!! There're stage, parade, Championship, photo shooting, and of course, Cosplay!!

How to get ticket of WCS

To participate in WCS, you need to purchase tickets! This section provides basic information about tickets.

WCS 2025 Basic Information
Event Dates: August 1st to August 3rd, 2025
Prices: ¥1,000 to ¥6,000 (tax included)
Venue: Oasis 21 (Main Venue), Hisaya Odori Park, Central Park Underground, Aichi Arts and Culture Center, Osu Shopping District, Hisaya Odori Garden Fralier, Chubu Electric Power MIRAI TOWER

Ticket you should reserve if you're cosplaying

These are the tickets you can get for cosplayers. For proof of participation, you a pass for day 1 and a towel for day 2 & 3!!

Ticket for Cosplayers without changing room.


If you wants to join WCS as a cosplayer but, no need to change because you wear your costume from your hotel or other reason, get this ticket!

It is valid for a specific day! ! Person attending all days or two days,need to buy tickets for each days! If you get only for one day, you can only attend to one day.

Eve-festival
Date: August 1st.
Reception time: 17:00~20:00
Price : 1,000 yen (tax included)

Main festival
Date: August 2nd & 3rd

There're 4 kinds of Tickets for Cosplayers in need of changing room. For Big changing room ticket, You can only buy it from Japan... Check details below↓


①Ticket for Eve-festival
This ticket is only for August 1st World Cosplayers Summit Eve-festival.

Date : August 1st
Reception time : 17:00~21:30
Price : 1,500 yen (tax included)

②Normal Ticket
Normal ticket with good price. But will very clouded at changing room.

Date : August 2nd ~ 3rd
Reception time(Day1): 10:30~21:30
Reception time(Day2): 10:30~21:00
Price : 3,700 yen (tax included)/day
Reception Place: Urbannet Nagoya Nexta Conference 3rd floor

③Early Ticket
You can enter changing room earlier than normal ticket so that you can change easier than normal ticket users because it is not crowded compare to normal tickets.

④Ticket with big changing room
Really nice and big changing room. If you have money go for it!

You can keep your luggage at changing room if you have Ticket for Cosplayers with changing room!! For those using Ticket for Cosplayers without changing room, there's cloak where you can leave your luggage at event venue!!

Championship Ticket

The World Cosplay Championship is a competition to determine the world's No. 1 cosplayers by their cosplay performances!!

Place: Aichi Arts Center (MainHall)
Price : 4,000 yen (A seat), 6,000 yen (S seat), 12,000 yen (V seat), 18,000 yen (VV seat)
