This is the biggest cosplay only event in Japan. held in Nagoya once a year. This year, 2024 will be held at August 2nd ~ 4th. Many Cosplayer gathers from all over the world!! There're stage, parade, Championship, photo shooting, and of course, Cosplay!!

How to get ticket of WCS

To participate in WCS, you need to purchase tickets! This section provides basic information about tickets.

WCS Basic Information
Event Dates: August 2nd to August 4th
Venue: Aichi Prefecture, Nagoya City
Prices: ¥1,000 to ¥5,200

Ticket for Cosplayers without changing room.


If you want join World Cosplay Summit as a cosplayer but, do not need to change because you wear your costume from your home or other reason, get this ticket!
It is valid for a specific day! ! Person attending on both August 5th and 6th shall purchase each of the respective tickets! If you get only for one day, you can only attend to one day.

Eve-festival (August 4th)
Opening time: 17:00~20:00
Price : 1,000 yen (tax included) / day

Main festival (August 5th & 6th)
Opening time: 10:00~20:00
Price : 2,700 yen (tax included) / day

Ticket for Cosplayers with changing room.


There're 5 kinds of Tickets for Cosplayers in need of changing room. Check details below↓

①Ticket for Eve-festival
This ticket is only for August 4th World Cosplayers Summit Eve-festival.

Date : August 4th
Reception time : 18:00~
Price : 1,500 yen (tax included) / day

②Early Ticket
You can enter changing room earlier than normal ticket so that you can change easier than normal ticket users because it is not crowded compare to normal tickets.

Date : August 5th~6th
Reception time 9:30~
Price : 3,500 yen (tax included)/day

③Normal Ticket
Normal ticket with good price. But will very clouded at changing room.

Date : August 5th~6th
Reception time : 10:30~
Price : 3,200 yen (tax included)/day

④Night Ticket
Reasonable ticket and much less people compare to afternoon. Better to buy normal ticket. But temperature is cooler than daytime.

⑤Ticket with big changing room (ONLY FOR WOMEN)
Really nice and big changing room. If you have money go for it! Only for WOMEN tho.

Reception time : 10:30~ (4th is from 17:00)
Price : 2,500 yen (August 4th), 3,500yen ~ 5,000 yen (August 5th & 6th) (tax included)/day

Championship Ticket

The World Cosplay Championship is a competition to determine the world's No. 1 cosplayers by showcasing their cosplay performances!!

This event is best event for people who love cosplay!!! There is many cute cosplay! So if you have any plan to going to Nagoya just go event!! Will be so much fun!!
