Hello guys!!!!
This is animemaps!!! We, Anime Maps, went to the Comic Market 100 (C100) the other day. Before we start, some of you may be wondering what Comic Market is, so here's a quick explanation.
Comic Market, also known as Comiket, is the world's largest manga and anime event. People and companies are selling Dojinshi, personal published manga or book, and some goods. For more information, click here.
C100 was a lot of fun, but also a lot of difficulty - like the C99 Winter Comic Market, C100 was a ticketed event, but our members had never been to a ticketed Comic Market before, so they didn't know what to do and were quite confused. Also, the first day was held during a typhoon, so we got soaked...
Despite this, however, C100 was a big hit, not only because it was held in the summer after a long absence, but also due to the participation of many artists and Otaku. Arigato to all participants!!!
Oberon Dojinshi from Chika Umino
Takebouki's Dojinshi
Among them, Takebouki, a circle by Nasu Kinoko and Takeuchi from TYPE-MOON, creators of the hugely popular games and anime Fate and Tsukihime, had the biggest turnout! It was extremely popular, with our member who had ticket reception at 8am only able to buy their doujinshi at around 2pm, just before they sold out!
Others who were also quite enthusiastic were Chika Umino, the author of March Lion and designer of Oberon from Fate Grand/Order, who was also attending Comic market for the first time.
Thank you for reading this far!!!! See you at the next Comic Market, C101!!!!
