Kawaguchiko Lake Festival (Kawaguchiko Fireworks Festival) 2025
The Kawaguchiko Lake Festival, held since 1917, is the iconic summer event of Lake Kawaguchiko and the largest fireworks festival among the Fuji Five Lakes. With Mount Fuji as the majestic backdrop, around 10,000 fireworks—including musical and large-scale displays—light up the sky and reflect beautifully on the lake’s surface.
Highlights
Expect a wide variety of fireworks such as giant starmine displays, rapid-fire bursts, and musical fireworks. Many creative food and game stalls also line the area, offering a full festive experience.
