Aizen Festival 2025
The Aizen Festival is held annually from June 30 to July 2 at Aizendo Shoman-in Temple in Tennoji Ward, Osaka. It is one of Osaka’s three major summer festivals. Founded by Prince Shotoku, this temple celebrates the Aizen Myo-o deity’s festival day, praying for matchmaking and good relationships. The festival also features the Hoe-kago parade and festival stalls.
