- Two plans available: the “Pokémon 30th Anniversary Collaboration Grand Adventure Suite Stay,” limited to 1 room per day, and the “Pokémon 30th Anniversary Collaboration Grand Adventure Stay,” limited to 8 rooms per day
- The Suite Stay uses the 120m² Chairman Suite; from JPY 400,000 for 2 guests per room; price includes tax and excludes a 15% service charge and accommodation tax
- The Stay uses a 42m² twin room; from JPY 71,500 for 2 guests per room; price includes tax and excludes a 15% service charge and accommodation tax
- The Suite Stay features room decorations inspired by Grass-type, Fire-type and Water-type Pokémon
- The Suite Stay features a total of 30 Pikachu, including a Pikachu setting off on an adventure by balloon, as well as decorations and artwork of Pokémon featured since Pokémon Red and Green
