– A reading x music performance based on Kenji Miyazawa’s “Gauche the Cellist”
– Performers: Gakuto Kajiwara (Role of Gauche), Yuki Kaji (Reading), Yuichi Hara (Cello), Sonoka Komiya (Violin), Ikku Maruki (Clarinet), Tadashi Isogai (Saxophone), Kaoru Nogawa (Piano)
– After-talk by Gakuto Kajiwara and Yuki Kaji to be held after the performance
– Program includes Debussy’s “Clair de Lune,” Fauré’s “Après un rêve,” Casals’ “Song of the Birds,” J.S. Bach’s “Prelude from Cello Suite No. 1 in G major, BWV 1007,” and selections from Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue,” among others.
