Arashiyama Autumn Leaves When 2024
The autumn foliage in Arashiyama (Ukyo Ward, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture) begins to show its colors from early November in higher elevations. In lower areas and around the Togetsukyo Bridge at the base, the leaves start changing from mid-November. The peak viewing period, considered the most beautiful, is typically from late November to early December.
During the fall foliage season, the “Arashiyama Momiji Festival” is held, and it is scheduled to take place on November 12, 2024.
