A world centered on Izumo mythology.
However, the places depicted as the stage of Izumo mythology are not limited to Shimane Prefecture alone.
Many historical sites and related places exist here in Tottori Prefecture as well.
Many myths have been passed down through daily life, and the stories still deeply live within the communities today.
In fact, Daisen is an important symbolic place even within the world of Izumo mythology.
