Based on the hit manga Death Note, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from December 2003 to May 2006, this musical debuted in Japan in 2015 to instant acclaim. It has since been revived in 2017, 2020, 2022, and 2023. The Korean cast production also began in 2015, selling out every show and earning “Best Musical of the Year” in 2022. A 4-month long run in 2023 was followed by sold-out concert performances in London the same year. Celebrated worldwide, it remains a global hit.
