Golden Kamuy x Noboribetsu Hell Festival to be held in summer 2024!
For the 2024 Noboribetsu Hell Festival, starting August 23, 2024, in Noboribetsu City, Hokkaido, a special collaboration lantern featuring Golden Kamuy will be displayed.
The collaboration will include:
- Special Lanterns: Featuring original illustrations inspired by the festival’s legend. The illustration depicts Sugimoto, Asirpa, Shiraishi, Tsurumi, Usami, Nikaido, Kikuta, and Ariko celebrating the festival. Sugimoto and his team are shown wearing demon masks and festival attire, while Tsurumi is dressed as Enma Daioh, proudly riding on a demon’s head.
- Original Merchandise: Based on the event’s exclusive illustrations.
The illustrations draw from the festival’s origin story, where the lid of the “hell’s pot” from Noboribetsu Onsen’s Hell Valley opens, and Enma Daioh visits Noboribetsu Onsen with demons.
