Recognized as one of the Sakura Meisho (famous cherry blossom spots) among Japan’s Top 100 Castles, Morioka Castle Site Park is renowned for its cherry blossoms, despite the main keep being dismantled during the Meiji Restoration. The park features beautiful stone walls in the Momoyama style.
