Niigata Festival 2025
The Niigata Festival traces its origins to four traditional events: the Sumiyoshi Festival, Commercial and Industrial Festival, River Opening, and Port Opening Commemoration. These were merged into one event in 1955.
The festival is held annually on a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in early August, featuring a wide variety of events over three days. Don’t miss this lively summer celebration!
