Ryoko Kui’s first exhibition “Ryoko Kui Exhibition” will be held in Kyoto and Fukuoka from July 13, 2024!
The exhibition “Dungeon Meshi: Labyrinth Exploration Exhibition,” based on the popular manga by Ryoko Kui serialized in Harta (KADOKAWA), will be held as follows:
- Kyoto International Manga Museum: July 13, 2024 – November 30, 2024
- Kitakyushu Manga Museum Exhibition Room: From November 30, 2024
In conjunction with this exhibition, a retrospective of Ryoko Kui’s work, titled “Ryoko Kui Exhibition,” will also be held. The exhibition will feature:
- Approximately 30 replica original illustrations and 30 replica manuscripts from “Dungeon Meshi（Delicious in Dungeon）,” “Dragon School on the Mountain: Ryoko Kui Works Collection” (2011), “Ryoko Kui Works Collection: The Cute Seven Dragon Children” (2012), and “Terrarium in the Drawer” (2013)
- Interviews exploring Ryoko Kui’s artistic style
- Unpublished analog manuscripts and illustration videos
This will provide a comprehensive look at Ryoko Kui’s body of work and her creative process.
