Takayama Matsuri 2026

Takayama Matsuri refers to the collective name for two major annual festivals held in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture, Japan: the Hie Shrine annual festival known as the “Spring Sanno Festival” on April 14–15, and the Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine annual festival known as the “Autumn Hachiman Festival” on October 9–10.
