An exhibition that reveals the secret story of the creation of the manga work “Jujutsu Kaisen” by the extraordinary talent Shimo Akutami

A dark fantasy “Jujutsu Kaisen” unleashed by a different talent in the present day. This time, we will hold a large-scale exhibition that will unravel the “secret story of creation”.

This work has attracted a lot of attention since its serialization in “Weekly Shonen Jump” and has received a great response in TV anime series and theatrical anime movies. The fast-paced story drawn by the author, Shimo Akimi, captures the reader’s heart with its skillful story structure that sways between despair and hope.

 

In this exhibition, the process of creating “Jujutsu Kaisen” using digital methods is shown at once, with commentary by the artist. How are stories, characters, and illustrations created, evolved, and built to new heights?
