Taiheizan Cherry Blossom Festival 2026

Along the scenic road stretching from the foot of Mount Taihei, visitors can enjoy a 2-kilometer row of cherry trees known as the “Cherry Blossom Tunnel,” forming a magnificent archway of blossoms.
Every year, from late March to early April—when the cherry blossoms reach their peak—the “Taiheizan Cherry Blossom Festival” is held. During this period, a one-way traffic regulation is enforced on the scenic road to alleviate congestion and ensure visitor safety.
