Kimagure Orange Road 40th Anniversary Exhibition Osaka Venue 2024
“We will be holding an exhibition commemorating the 40th anniversary of the manga ‘Kimagure Orange Road’ by Izumi Matsumoto.
The exhibition will feature replica manga manuscripts by Izumi Matsumoto, as well as color illustrations and rough sketches by Akemi Takada, who was responsible for character design in the anime adaptation. There will also be displays of anime setting drawings and related materials.
In addition, there will be sales of new merchandise featuring original illustrations by Akemi Takada, including 88graphs (prints) with her handwritten signature and anime-related artwork. Please come and enjoy this masterpiece that continues to be loved by fans even now at the venue.”
