Shiba Park is one of the five parks designated as the first parks in Japan, celebrating its 150th anniversary in October 2023. The peak viewing season typically occurs from late November to late December. In Maple Valley, located in Area 19, the landscape combines natural stones resembling deep mountain valleys with trees, creating a scenery reminiscent of a secluded mountain ravine. The waterfall cascading from a 10-meter-high rock formation is a spectacular sight that seems unexpected in the heart of the city.
