The Toide Tanabata Festival 2026
The Toide Tanabata Festival is held annually from July 3 to July 7 in the Toide area of Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. It is often described as the largest Tanabata festival on the Sea of Japan coast, the most historically significant Tanabata festival in Japan, the largest resident-made Tanabata festival, and one of the most beautiful Tanabata festivals in the country.
