Taimatsu Akashi 2026

The Taimatsu Akashi is a fire festival in Sukagawa City, Fukushima Prefecture, with a history spanning 430 years. It is sometimes counted among Japan’s Three Great Fire Festivals. It is held annually on the second Saturday of November.
