KYOMAF, short for Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair, is one of the largest manga and anime events held in the Kansai area of Japan!
KYOMAF 2026 will be held on September 19 (Sat) – September 20 (Sun), 2026.
The venues are Miyako Messe, ROHM Theatre Kyoto, and the Kyoto International Manga Museum.

KYOMAF is one of the largest manga and anime events held once a year in Kyoto.
One of its unique features is that it often connects anime and manga culture with Kyoto’s traditional culture and local industries.
The second venue, Kyoto International Manga Museum, will also be used during KYOMAF 2026. During the event period, the museum will extend its opening hours, and a direct temporary bus is planned to run between Miyako Messe and the Kyoto International Manga Museum.
