Anime Events

City of Otaku

Akihabara, indeed, it's the heaven for otaku! As an otaku myself, I have visited Akihabara many times! It's seriously the best! Akihabara is a really enjoyable place, so even if you're not very interested in anime, please visit at least once! Also, on Sundays, there's a pedestrian paradise where you can walk on both the sidewalk and the road, providing a different and fun atmosphere. However, it gets incredibly crowded, so even it's cool, I reccomend weekdays are recommended for visiting Akihabara!

You can check out other events on the Event Calendar here!

Radio Kaikan

Radio Kaikan is a must-visit place when you come to Akihabara! It's a top priority! They have a massive selection of figures, cards, and various goods for sale. However, please note that some items sold right outside the entrance of Radio Kaikan might be a bit expensive, so I don't recommend buying from there. Additionally, within Radio Kaikan, there are a few stores that may be on the pricier side, so consider purchasing from well-known chains like AmiAmi, Yellow Submarine, KBOOK, etc.! Akiba X is also okay! The stores right inside the entrance are also okay! All card shops are okay too!
